1. 📦 Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are calculated based on your shipping address and the delivery zone. During checkout, applicable charges (if any) will be displayed clearly before payment. We aim to keep our delivery fees as affordable as possible while ensuring fast and safe delivery of your medicines.
2. 💵 Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a convenient payment option:
Pay in cash only when your order arrives at your door.
No extra charges for COD, regardless of the order value.
Only Nepalese Rupees (NPR) are accepted for COD.
Payments through card, bank transfer, cheque, or digital wallet are not accepted for COD orders.
COD is strictly a cash-only service.
3. ⏱ Estimated Delivery Time
For online payments, your order is confirmed after successful payment verification.
For COD orders, confirmation happens after one of our team members verifies your shipping details.
You will receive an SMS or email notification with updates on your delivery time.
📦 In-stock products are usually delivered within 24 hours of confirmation (inside Kathmandu Valley).
⏳ In certain cases, delivery may take up to 3–5 working days, depending on product availability or sourcing from our partner pharmacies.
If any item in your order cannot be delivered within 7 working days, we will notify you and process a refund for the undelivered items.
4. 🌐 International Delivery
We currently do not support international shipping. Our delivery services are limited to Nepal only.
